Chattanooga, TN — Notre Dame High School is proud to announce the launch of Football for Females, a unique, hands-on football camp designed specifically for women of all ages who want to deepen their understanding of the game.

The event will take place on Saturday, July 19 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Notre Dame High School and promises to be a fun, relaxed environment for learning, laughing, and even a little competition.

Whether you're a mom cheering from the stands, a grandmother wanting to connect with your grandkids, or a sister, aunt, cousin, or friend who wants to learn more about Friday night lights—this camp is for you.

No experience necessary—just bring your curiosity and energy!

Participants will:

• Learn the basic rules and terminology of football
• Understand offensive and defensive strategies
• Get answers to all those “I’ve always wondered…” football questions
• Take part in live demonstrations and interactive drills
• Enjoy a fun and encouraging atmosphere alongside other women in the community

Each attendee will receive a custom jersey with their choice of number and will officially become part of the Football for Females Club—a badge of honor you can proudly wear to games and events throughout the season.
